As per the Estamos Unidos Bylaws, “The annual meeting of the corporation shall be held in the
The month of January. At the annual meeting, the members of the corporation shall: (1)
Receive the annual report and status of the organization from the Board of Directors, and
(2) Elect the President and/or the Directors from the slate of candidates pre-selected by the
Nomination Committee as per Article VI of Section 4 of the Bylaws.
